致各位愛好健美和支持HKFBF 的觀眾及運動員：

在2011年6月25及26日 香港健美健身總會(HKFBF) 舉辦了香港有史以來首次一連兩晚的健美比賽，場面非常震撼和觀眾反應十分熱烈，相信您也是我們當中的一份子。

在6月24日過磅日當晚，八十多位中外及香港的健美運動員雲集九龍灣國際展貿中心，那股肅殺的氣氛真的使人有點透不過氣來，看到每位運動員都充滿自信的眼神，我便知道明天和後天的賽事定必展開一番龍爭虎鬥！

6月25日當天首先是新秀和資深運動員為比賽展開序幕，他們對比賽和自己的要求十分之高，可說是近乎完美，幸好我們替每一位運動員設計了一個華麗和超時空的舞台，我相信配合當晚的燈光和音響，觀眾們和運動員定必非常享受！比賽的氣氛非常熾熱，同樣HKFBF的團隊們的心一樣熾熱，為要做好一場又一場的good show 給大家看，我和會長及各執委們都承受着很大的壓力，但是我們願意去承受，為了您們和運動員是值得的！
場內鬥得你死我活，場外之「拗手瓜比賽」也競爭得死去活來，看到大家那麼的投入，相信我們的汗水沒有白流了！
25號當晚比賽順利完成，各獎項也名花有主，但我們只是鬆了半口氣，因為接下來就要上演26號的重頭戲大賽！

26號當天台前台後氣氛異常凝重！頂尖的運動員都不停地pump up 自己，為要摘取冠軍，在台上表現忘我，雖然如此，但另一方面又看到我們的運動員友誼第一，比賽第二的精神，賽後互相握手祝賀！因為大家真是辛苦了！
在當晚也盡看到我們健美運動員的體育精神，個別運動員雖然多次抽筋，還是要踏上台，為要不辜負觀眾和自己，及一年來艱苦之鍛練，在此，我要向各運動員致敬！

強勁的音樂和燈光，加上兩位司儀精彩的演繹介紹，大賽的各個獎項也名花有主，運動員的努力和汗水，加上觀眾們的尖叫聲及掌聲，在華麗舞台中之比賽終完滿地結束，但朋友們請緊記，一個的結束，也就是我們下一個舞台之開始！朋友！凖備好未！來吧！
在此要多謝各位義工朋友，執委們，運動員和攝影師及一切協助的單位等，如有遺漏請諒！

To all Audience and Competitors who support HKFBF and Bodybuilding:

 In 25th and 26th June, 2011. Hong Kong Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness (HKFBF) held two days in a roll of Bodybuilding competition. The scene is convulsed and the audiences passionate that make you become one of us.

 In 24th June that night, there are more than 80 competitors who gather up in Kowloon Bay International Trade & Exhibition Centre. By the confident eyes from the competitors and the austere atmosphere I assume that tomorrow and the day after will have a fierce struggle between all of them.

 In 25th June, first is the newcomers and senior competitors begin the game, they have passionate and high requirement for themselves and us. Fortunately, we have design the most elegant and super dimensional stage for the entire competitor. We believe that to operate in coordination of the light and acoustics everyone is enjoying, at the same time the competition and HKFBF is feeling of passionate in order to give a good show. I and the president also the committees have lots of pressure about it but for all the audience and competitors we willing to accept and finish it.

 Inside the theatre having some serious competition but outside the theatre are having another competition “Arm Wresting” See all the competitors out the theatre are so enjoy and we are glad to see that.

The 25th games are done and the entire price was given. And coming on will be the 26th competition.

 In 26th June, no matter the back or the front stage also have austere atmosphere. All the top players keep pumping up and they all only have one target is “Champion”. At the stage they have the best performance in another hand we saw our competitors always friendship comes first and competition will be second, after the game they all shake hands, because the all put 110% effort for this competition. Some competitor pull out a tendon for couple times but still step in the stage just not to disappoint the audience and themselves also the long term training. In here I have to thanks for every single player.

Because for the two master of ceremonies excellent introduction and the cooperation of music and lights, the competition prize is all given out by the passionate of the competitors, also the supportive from the audience we had successfully finish this year competition. But my friend you have to remember the end of this competition is the beginning for the competition next year and all of you must be well prepared for it.

Lastly, thank you for all volunteers, committees, competitors and photographers to help us in the events, also everyone who come over to the competition to support us and See You All Next Year.
